Tämä peruutusehto koskee tapahtumia ja intensiivikursseja (ei viikkoryhmiä), joille on ennakkoilmoittautuminen.
Ilmoittautuminen on sitova.
Voit peruuttaa ilmoittautumisen maksutta vähintään 14 vrk ennen tapahtumaa.
Jos peruutat ilmoittautumisen alle 14 vrk ennen tapahtumaa veloitamme 50% tapahtuman hinnasta.
Jos peruutat ilmoittautumisen tapahtumapäivänä, tai et saavu tapahtumaan, veloitamme koko tapahtuman hinnan.
Lääkärintodistuksella peruutus on maksuton.
Viikkoryhmät
Sairastapaukset: Meidän ei valitettavasti ole mahdollista palauttaa jo maksettuja kausimaksuja. Jos olet sairaslomalla yli kuukauden ja joudut olemaan pois tunneilta, voit halutessasi neuvotella kausimaksun osittaisesta hyvittämisestä. Otathan yhteyttä mahdollisimman pian; emme palauta kausimaksuja enää kauden loputtua.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This cancellation policy concerns classes and intensive workshops (no weekly classes) with registration.
Registration is binding.
You can cancel your registration free of charge more than 14 days before the event.
If you cancel your registration closer than 14 days before the event, we will charge you 50% of the price of the event.
If you cancel on the day of the event, or don’t show up, we will charge you 100% of the price of the event.
You can cancel free of charge in case of an illness with a doctor’s certificate.
Weekly classes
In case of sickness: Unfortunately we cannot return seasonal payments of the weekly classes. If you are unable to come to the classes because of an illness for a period of over 4 weeks, you can ask for a partial refund. Please show a doctor’s certificate, and contact us as soon as possible; we are unable to do any refunds after the season has ended.
